It is clear to us at CLEWATEC that scientific excellence alone is not enough to have a meaningful impact on sustainability, but that we must also transform the results of our research into real applications. With this objective in mind, we work closely together with the Department of Technology Transfer and Innovations and the Department of Legal Affairs and Patents at HZDR to build a strong patent portfolio and manage contracts for know-how transfer and technology use. By this means, we offer the potential of our research to industrial partners and reach society through the use of the technologies that we develop.
